e2e HRC Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within a busy establishment. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and lead a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the premises.
Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, menu planning, and special dietary requirements.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to promote customer satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, cost control, and budgeting.
Organise training programmes for staff development in service excellence and culinary skills.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects brand values and enhances the guest experience.
Skills and Experience Required
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong team management and leadership capabilities to inspire staff and foster teamwork.
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards.
Familiarity with food production processes, kitchen operations, and hospitality best practices.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Good communication skills to liaise confidently with staff, suppliers, and customers.
Knowledge of barista experience or serving roles is advantageous but not essential.
Previous hotel or culinary experience is desirable to enhance operational understanding.
