e2e HRC Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within a busy establishment. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and lead a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.

  • Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the premises.

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, menu planning, and special dietary requirements.

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to promote customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, cost control, and budgeting.

  • Organise training programmes for staff development in service excellence and culinary skills.

  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects brand values and enhances the guest experience.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.

  • Strong team management and leadership capabilities to inspire staff and foster teamwork.

  • Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards.

  • Familiarity with food production processes, kitchen operations, and hospitality best practices.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.

  • Good communication skills to liaise confidently with staff, suppliers, and customers.

  • Knowledge of barista experience or serving roles is advantageous but not essential.

  • Previous hotel or culinary experience is desirable to enhance operational understanding.
