The Vacancy
Islamic Relief is seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated, dynamic young people who believe in the mission and share the values to maintain the excellence for which Islamic Relief strives. Through the Paid Internship Programme, Islamic Relief hopes to attract and train the next generation of inspired humanitarians who can perform in a rapidly changing and challenging environment.
The role is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a 4-day-a-week commitment and is only open to graduates, not current students.
This opportunity is offered within IR’s Marketing Division under the Digital Marketing team, based in the Waterloo, London office. Islamic Relief currently operates a hybrid working model.

Understanding of Humanitarian Work: You possess a solid understanding of humanitarian and development work, allowing you to grasp the complexities of Islamic Relief projects and contribute meaningfully to the mission.
Interpersonal and Organisational Skills: Your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills empower you to build strong relationships with colleagues and partners and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proactive Approach: You are proactive and adept at taking initiative to drive projects forward, efficiently prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
Attention to Detail: You have strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail, producing high-quality work that is accurate, clear, and impactful.
