About the Role
Do you have a helpful and friendly style, enjoy meeting new people, and love going above and beyond for customers?
Within our stores, we have many exciting teams, and we are looking for Customer Assistants to work within our Online department, selecting and packing orders for our online customers. We want all our customers to have the best experience possible, whether in-store or online.
This role involves working with technology to accept orders, find products in the store, and pack them ready for customers through our delivery or collection services.
You will also be trained across all departments such as replenishment and service, and be required to work where the store most needs your support.
