Job Summary
The Trust Programme Management Office (TPMO) plays a vital role in Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trusts’ ambition to achieve outstanding health outcomes and excellent patient and staff experiences.
This role sits within the Admin & Clerical Transformation Team, supporting delivery of the A&C Transformation programme as part of the Care Optimisation and Financial Sustainability Plan. The Project Manager will work closely with Care Groups and Corporate Teams to deliver programme objectives.
Key responsibilities include taking ownership of project delivery plans, embedding benefits into business-as-usual, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Projects may cover a wide range of clinical and non-clinical areas, including transformation, operational and financial performance, service issues, and clinical quality improvement.

Training & Qualifications
Essential:
Degree in relevant field or equivalent project management experience
Project management qualification (e.g. APM PMQ, PRINCE2, or equivalent)

Track record of achieving targets in demanding environments
