The company is currently hiring part-time Care Assistants in Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, Fakenham, North Walsham, Blakeney, and surrounding villages, with full-time positions available as the team grows. Training is provided, so both experienced and new applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support clients in daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management
Develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report changes to the care team
Build positive relationships with clients through effective communication and companionship
Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety standards
Drive clients to appointments or social activities when required, ensuring their safety during transport
Skills
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for effective communication with clients and colleagues
Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and families
Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential
Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively
