Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to clients with mental health issues, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management

  • Facilitate and encourage participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with clients and the care team

  • Build trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe and supportive environment

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress

  • Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines related to mental health support and safeguarding

  • Promote client independence and empowerment through skill development and advocacy
