  2. Support Worker – Revell Close & The Lanterns (Females & UK Qualified Drivers Only)

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, person-centred support to individuals in care.

  • Assist with daily activities such as shopping, appointments, leisure outings, and personal care.

  • Encourage and support independence in everyday living.

  • Drive company or service users’ vehicles as required.

  • Work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Candidate Requirements

  • Compassionate and reliable female applicants only (this role is restricted to women under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1).

  • Confident driver comfortable supporting people in the community.

  • Full UK driving licence required, with the ability to drive a company bus or supported individuals’ vehicles.

  • No prior experience needed – full training will be provided.

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
