Job Description
The Virtual Sales Receptionist position combines the responsibilities of a Phone Sales and Booking Coordinator. This dual role demands:

You will serve as the first point of contact for potential patients on behalf of clients, driving bookings, enhancing customer experience, and supporting sales growth.
From handling enquiries and providing detailed service information to scheduling appointments and processing payments, this role ensures a seamless and professional experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and chat
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Provide detailed and accurate information about clients’ services
Securely process payments over the phone
Schedule and manage appointments in clients’ diaries
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and booking targets
Proactively learn about each client’s services to represent them effectively
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or a similar role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong persuasive and sales abilities with a results-driven mindset
Proficiency in CRM software and tools such as Google Sheets and Google Docs

Terms of the Role
Contract Type: Self-employed contractor
Part-time: 25 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
Full-time: 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
Compensation Structure
Part-time (5h/day):
Base pay: ~£1,100/month (£50 per day, based on 22 working days)
Commission: £1,000/month when hitting a monthly quota of ~120 sales
Bonus: £10 per sale above quota
Realistic earnings: £2,100+ per month
Full-time (8h/day):
Base pay: ~£1,760/month (£80 per day, based on 22 working days)
Commission: £1,800/month when hitting a monthly quota of ~200 sales
Bonus: £10 per sale above quota
Realistic earnings: £3,560–£4,000+ per month
There is no cap on sales commission. High performers regularly exceed their quota by 40–60 sales per month.
Schedule and Requirements
Team Meetings & Training
30-minute Zoom meetings scheduled most weekdays between 10:00–11:00 AM
Attendance required (unpaid, as this is a contractor role)
Meetings designed to improve performance and commission potential
Calling Hours
Part-time (5h/day): Flexible between 10:00 AM (after morning meeting) and 7:00 PM
Full-time (8h/day): Flexible between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Must complete at least 30 minutes of calls between 12–2 PM and 4–6 PM
Team Communication
Must remain responsive on Slack between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
